Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you are pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it . Merchandise must be unworn, odor free, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@beeyondelitehealthscrubs.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, therefore we can evaluate the issue and rectify it immediately.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Embroidered garments are not returnable unless we have made an error in embroidering your garment.
Due to health codes, support and fashion hosiery or compression socks may not be returned or exchanged except in the case of a manufacturer's defect.
Final Sale items may not be returned.
Exchanges
Merchandise exchange process must be initiated within 30 days of receiving order. You may exchange items for a different size or color. Merchandise must be unworn, odor free, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the item is out of stock at the time of exchange, you will receive a store credit. The store credit will be valid for only 30 days from the date issued.
Shipping charges for the new item will by covered by us in the form of a discount code that will be sent via email.
Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
If you are shipping an item over $50, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service such as USPS or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the condition of your item, you will be notified if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow at least 7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.
Please be sure to follow up with your financial institution if 10 business days from processing has passed and you still have not received your approved refund.
